Frank Tibbetts

Frank is a singer/ songwriter of considerable talent who lives in McMinnville, Tennessee and is the father of two children. They are his inspiration for writing about music and young aspirations. He has cut two records and has a certificate in photography from New York Institute of Photography. He is also a veteran of the Gulf War.
